1. The service

Petronyx provides software for fuel station operations including stock sheets, shift control, POS, inventory, finance, staff access, compliance and reporting.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity within your workspace.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Data ownership

You retain ownership of the operational data you enter. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the service on your behalf.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service available and publish live status. The service is provided on an as-available basis.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your agreement with us.
