How Petronyx processes operational data on behalf of your business.
In short. Your business controls its operational data. Petronyx processes it only on your instructions, with security measures and vetted sub-processors. This summary is for convenience; the policy below is what applies.
1. Roles
For operational data within your workspace, you are the data controller and Petronyx acts as a data processor that processes data only on your documented instructions.
2. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, role-based access and audit logging.
3. Sub-processors
We use vetted sub-processors to provide hosting and supporting services, under contractual data-protection obligations.
4. International transfers
Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
5. Assistance
We assist you with data-subject requests and with security and breach-notification obligations.
