Data Processing Agreement

1. Roles

For operational data within your workspace, you are the data controller and Petronyx acts as a data processor that processes data only on your documented instructions.

2. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, role-based access and audit logging.

3. Sub-processors

We use vetted sub-processors to provide hosting and supporting services, under contractual data-protection obligations.

4. International transfers

Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

5. Assistance

We assist you with data-subject requests and with security and breach-notification obligations.
